Shipping Policy

The Ski Passport uses USPS to ship your products to you, and our hope is they treat it like the treasure that it is.  You are able to choose how quickly you would like to get The Ski Passport to your door.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy, truly we do!  So if your Ski Passport is damaged or doesn't meet expectations, here's what to do:

  1. Notify our Humans Team within 30 days of purchase via email and we will provide instructions on how to return the product.  

  2. The Ski Passport will refund you 100% of your purchase price minus shipping costs.  

  3. If the product is damaged please specify in your email and The Ski Passport will send a replacement free of charge.

  4. Please be kind & patient, we are a small business, trying to do something amazing.  Promise we are doing our best for you!
